Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement” or “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, services, website, mobile application, and related platforms operated under the Sabot brand (“Sabot”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), as made available from time to time, unless otherwise governed by separate terms expressly applicable to a specific service.
By accessing or using the Sabot website, mobile application, or any associated platform (“Platform”), you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
Sabot reserves the right to deny access to, suspend, or terminate any User who violates these Terms, without prior notice.
Platform Availability
We strive to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Platform. However, due to the nature of the internet and technical dependencies, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Access to the Platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, repairs, or other operational reasons, without prior notice. Sabot will make reasonable efforts to minimize such disruptions.
Eligibility
Users represent and warrant that they are legally competent to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws. The services and products offered by Sabot are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content is strictly prohibited.
Sabot may restrict access to its products or services for Users whose accounts have been suspended or terminated earlier.
User Registration
To access certain features, Users may be required to register on the Platform by providing accurate and complete information. Upon successful registration, Sabot will create an account and assign login credentials.
Users registering on behalf of another individual or entity represent that they have the authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms.
Sabot reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason.
Product & Services
“Product” refers to any service, subscription, or feature offered by Sabot. Sabot may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Product or feature at any time without prior notice or liability.
Content
All content available on Sabot, including text, images, graphics, audio, video, design elements, metadata, and overall look and feel (“Content”), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and is owned by or licensed to Sabot or respective content owners.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Content strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Any copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, or commercial exploitation of Content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Users shall not copy or adapt Sabot’s source code or use Content on any other platform or networked environment.
Premium & Third-Party Content
Sabot may offer access to premium content provided by third-party OTT or content partners (“Service Providers”). Such content is provided on an “as-is” basis and remains the property of the respective Service Providers.
Sabot is not responsible for third-party content, and any grievances related to such content must be addressed directly to the respective Service Provider.
Privacy
Use of Sabot’s services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, Users consent to the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of personal information as described therein.
Users consent to receiving transactional, promotional, or service-related communications from Sabot via email, SMS, or other communication channels, notwithstanding registration under Do-Not-Disturb preferences.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out through their account. Sabot must be notified immediately of any unauthorized access.
Users agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Upload or transmit defamatory, obscene, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform
Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.
Age Restrictions
Content rated for mature audiences (18+) must not be accessed by minors. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring access by minors.
Sabot’s services are strictly intended for Users aged 18 years or older.
Security & Misuse
Users must not attempt to:
- Access unauthorized data or accounts
- Probe or breach security measures
- Introduce viruses, malware, or disruptive activities
Sabot reserves the right to investigate and cooperate with law enforcement authorities regarding any such violations.
Disclaimers
All services and content on Sabot are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Sabot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Sabot does not guarantee that:
- The Platform will always be available or error-free
- Content will be accurate, complete, or current
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabot and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
Sabot’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant service.
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sabot, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners against any claims arising out of breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

- Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
- Sabot may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice
- Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
